What is an ECHO?
ECHO is a unique term use in Matrix Reimprinting that was coined by Karl Dawson. It stands for; Energetic Consciousness Hologram. This is an energetic representation of younger version or part of our self that has been frozen in time.
It’s a part of us that has been stuck in an endless loop that is playing an emotionally upsetting scene over and over. Most times, we are unaware of this 'part' or energy being and the negative emotions attached with it -until, we become triggered by something that is similar.
This ECHO has the ability to hold on to unprocessed negative emotions and limiting beliefs from a past traumatic experience or experiences. This 'holding' of stressful emotions and negative thought patterns, allows us to function on a daily basis. Without them, we would be a mess!
As we age, these negative energies can begin to leak back into our system/physical body. As a result, we can experience emotional and physical symptoms i.e. illness and disease such as; panic, depression, anxiety, chronic pain, fatigue, burnout, autoimmune disorders, sleep issues, digestive problems etc.
The reason we applyy the EFT tapping technique to the ECHO is because the issue is being held by this being or part of us. When we tune into and tap on the ECHO, we have a much better chance of clearing the issue from our entire energy system!
